Why Don’t We Show Our Phone Number On Our Main Page?

We are an online retailer in the true sense of the word ‘online’ and our aim is simple: to give you the lowest possible prices. To keep these prices low we do not run expensive call centres hence our phone number is not on our main page. We also do not take orders over the phone, they must be placed online due to the security features enabled by both ourselves and your card issuer (VISA Verified & Mastercard Securecode). You can still call us on 0844 334 9944 between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm bearing in mind we do not have expensive call centres and at peak times there could be a delay.

Returns

For returns procedures please view our returns page, no returns will be accepted without a valid returns authorisation number, you will not be required to return your item to Gibraltar, you will be given a local UPS/DPD UK address.
