Delivery Costs

Delivery is free with ‘Free Super Saver Delivery’ as per the delivery table below. The courier will contact you via email or text message (if your order is over £150.00) on the morning of the scheduled delivery day to confirm the tracking number and a one hour time slot for delivery, so you don’t have to wait in all day.

Please see the expectancy days below of when you can expect to receive your item, if your item has not arrived according to these dates please contact us immediately.

BANK HOLIDAYS - There will be no shipping on bank holidays, hence these days will NOT be included in your shipping table as above.

*Orders placed on Weekends and Mondays are subject to an extra day delivery on saver delivery due to no courier collections at weekends.

Exceptions: Free Super Saver Delivery is only available to UK customers, Orders must pass fraud security checks before being dispatched - we will contact you if necessary to verify security information and this may cause a delay in shipping your order. The delivery policy can only apply to items that are shown as in stock at the time of ordering.

Express delivery - Lookout for the Express option on qualifying products. If these products are ordered before 5.30pm they will be dispatched on the same day and delivered on the next working day. If they are over £150.00 they also qualify for the one delivery slot as per detail above

Exceptions:Orders upgraded for European or pre-12pm delivery must be received before 3pm. Orders received on Monday to Friday for UK Mainland delivery must be received before 6pm. Orders must pass fraud security checks before being dispatched - we will contact you if necessary to verify security information and this may cause a delay in shipping your order. The delivery policy can only apply to items that are shown as express on the product page at the time of ordering.

To verify the delivery cost for an item(s), simply place the item(s) in your basket.

Premium delivery upgrades are available at low flat rates starting at £6.99

Premium delivery upgrades can be selected from the basket page when available. If Express is not shown in the basket then that product does not qualify for Express delivery. The delivery upgrades are not available on all products due to the location of the items at time of ordering. eg Gibraltar or UK.

On selected promotions where stated we may offer the next day delivery for Free, this is a promotion only on that particular product and is for a limited period only.

Please Note: All the above Saver & Express delivery timeframes are for UK Mainland only, other destinations around Europe can take up to five days longer depending on location, these destinations will also not qualify for the on hour delivery slot, please email for more information on delivery timeframe in your location.
