BigNorman.com wants its customers to get the best deal every time and all the time. However, BigNorman.com cannot always confirm the exact location of its sourcing by product.

Returns Charges

By purchasing from BigNorman.com you agree with the following returns conditions:

ALL ITEMS UNDER WARRANTY WITH BigNorman.com MUST BE DEALT BY US DIRECTLY OR THE WARRANTY MAY BECOME NULL AND VOID.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL WARRANTIES WILL BE NULL AND VOID IF THE ITEM HAS SUFFERED ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INCLUDING PHYSICAL DAMAGE, SHOCK DAMAGE, STRESS OR ADVERSE PRESSURE (eg IN POCKETS OR IN BAGS), DIRT INGRESS INCLUDING SAND, GRIT, DUST, MOULD OR ANY OTHER FOREIGN ELEMENTS. (BIGNORMAN RECOMMENDATION – TAKE OUT INSURANCE COVER OR CLAIM UNDER HOME CONTENTS INSURANCE IF THIS SITUATION ARISES)

UNDERWATER OR WATER PROOF UNITS – THESE ITEMS HAVE WATER RESISTANT TOLERANCE LEVELS, CUSTOMERS HAVE A RESPONSIBILTY TO CHECK TO KEEP ABOVE THESE LEVELS OR THE PRESSURE WILL CAUSE THE UNIT TO TAKE ON BOARD WATER, AS A RESULT THE UNIT WILL HAVE SUCUMBED TO STRESS AND ADVERSE PRESSURE AND THE WARRANTY WILL BE NULL AND VOID. THE CUSTOMER ALSO HAS A RESPONSIBILTY TO REPLACE SEALS AS PER MANUFACTURER INSTRUCTIONS, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL MAKE THE WARRANTY NULL AND VOID. THE CUSTOMER ALSO HAS A RESPONSIBILTY TO CLOSE SEALS AND COMPARTMENTS CORRECTLY TO AVOID THE UNIT TAKING WATER ON BOARD, AGAIN FAILURE TO DO SO WILL MAKE THE WARRANTY NULL AND VOID. THE MAJORITY OF UNDERWATER OR WATER PROOF UNITS AREN’T ADVISED TO BE TAKEN INTO SALT WATER, BEFORE DOING SO PLEASE CONSULT THE MANUAL OR MANUFACTURER FOR INSTRUCTIONS. IF REQUIRED BIGNORMAN.COM WILL ASK FOR EVIDENCE OF SEALS BEING REPLACED AS PER THE MANUFACTURER INSTRUCTIONS BY AN OFFICIAL SERVICE AGENT.

RETURNS COSTS

Due to our low low prices BigNorman.com is not in a position to refund any costs of returning any item unless you have received the wrong item by a mis-pick in our warehouse. All returns will be sent to a repairer or handler in the UK.

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM/WRONG ITEM DELIVERED

If you have received the wrong item due to a mis-pick in our warehouse you must let BigNorman.com know within 48hrs of receiving it, if this is BigNorman.com will refund the postage of returning the item up to £6.99, a receipt will be requested to prove the cost. If however, you let us know after 48hrs it is at the customers expense to return the item. If you have ordered the wrong item you must return it within 7 days at your own expense. In both cases the item must return be returned in a saleable condition. If not BigNorman.com reserves the right to set a recommended saleable value for the product and charge the customer the difference between that value and the value of the item as shown as new on the BigNorman.com website. All box contents must be returned, failure to do so will mean the cost of the non-returned items deducted from the refund or replacement item (s).

Failed Delivery Charges

If you (the customer) fail to receive an item due to no-one being available at the consignees address a charge of £6.99 will be levied to re-send that item. If you (the customer) wish to cancel the order following a failed delivery a charge of £6.99 will be levied to cover BigNorman.com delivery costs.

Any link (be it a hypertext link or other referral device) used on the Website is provided solely for your use and convenience. The link does not represent any endorsement or recommendation by us and does not mean that we have any association with the linked website. We are not responsible for the content of any websites that have links with the Website or for the legal consequences of your entering into any contracts with the third parties that have these linked web sites and we do not accept any liability for any loss, damage, expense, costs or liability whatsoever incurred by you as a result.

You may not frame or link to the Website or any part of it without our express permission.

Liability

The above statement shall not limit or affect our liability in the event that any goods we sell are found to be unsafe or if something we do negligently causes death or personal injury.

Where you deal as a consumer, nothing in the above exclusions affects your statutory rights.

All copyright and other intellectual property rights and goodwill in or relating to the contents of the Website or to their selection, creation or arrangement or the design of the Website belong either to us or to our suppliers.

In particular, nothing contained in these conditions or the Website should be construed as granting to you any licence or right to use any of the trade marks on this Website without our permission or the permission of our suppliers.

You may not reproduce part or all of the contents of the Website in any form unless it is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials that you have printed off or downloaded in any way.
