Why Don’t We Show Our Phone Number On Our Main Page?

We are an online retailer in the true sense of the word ‘online’ and our aim is simple: to give you the lowest possible prices. To keep these prices low we do not run expensive call centres hence our phone number is not on our main page. We also do not take orders over the phone, they must be placed online due to the security features enabled by both ourselves and your card issuer (VISA Verified & Mastercard Securecode).

How Can I Contact You?

Big Norman values both its existing and future customers hence we aim to reply to emails in under 2 hours within office hours, however worse case scenario is that all emails are replied to the very same day within office hours or next working day if out of office hours. The second method is via livechat on our website which is available during office hours or finally you can still call us on 0844 334 99 44, bearing in mind we do not have expensive call centres and at peak times there could be a delay.
