Why am I filling in this form? - EU directives amended in January 2010 state that all faulty items irrespective of manufacturer are the responsibility of the retailer whom they were purchased from. Hence on this page we require you to register your product so if you decide to return the product to us we can swiftly rectify your problem.
Can I still return the item to the manufacturer? – Yes you can depending on the manufacturers warranty period and terms and conditions. If the manufacturer does not repair to your satisfaction or chooses not to repair your item then as per EU directives we are still responsible for the repair of that item
Do I have to register all my products I purchased? - No, you are only required to register hardware products, e.g. Cameras, iPads, you are not required to enter accessories.
Where is my Serial Number located? – The is normally located on the actual product, there are normally random numbers or characters ranging from 6 to 14 characters long, for example, it is on the underneath of digital cameras and on the rear of ipads. Please note this is not your model number.
